In other words, he's toying with the idea. He's not ruling it out and will definitely consider it. But a phrase like "I think I’m going to make one soon" doesn't suggest he's fully committed to carrying it out. And of course if he did open an OF there's no reason we should expect much nudity.

I hope I’m wrong but seems like a long shot that he’d follow through. I just have a hard time believing after the bad publicity of last year that the next thing he’d be looking for is scandalous pictures all over the Internet. If he made one, it probably would be just Insta-reposts and biking lol.
