@mcofporn are fascinating, there is a lot to look at and stories you can read from the visual drama, and wonder about what went down on the beach.
In photo #2:
You have the man, circled in red, holding his cover in his hand and presenting his junk directly to the camera. In the green outline you have the alert witness observing his display with amusement. In blue you have the guy talking and gesturing, maybe to the photographer; and he looks like a Seinfeld character.
At the bottom left the hunky daddy is looking at the photographer, and thinking, ..you dirty bastard? or something.
I wonder what is the date on this photo, I'm guessing post war, late 40's early 50's. I remember private pay to enter beaches back East, but never saw a sex-segregated walled beach like this one. I wonder what the scene was like in the women's section?
Photographer Arthur Griffin was active ~ 1935-1975 and left an archive of some 7,100 images on a wide variety of subjects.
