photographer Bruce Weber, shot in San Onofre, California near Laguna Beach, about 1998. He did all the Abercrombie and Fitch catalogs back in the 90's, and there is a 2001 movie called "Chop Suey" that I think has scenes from this shoot.

Chop Suey was also a book, unlike the film, Club added to the end book name. The subject of the book was a young guy he spotted at a wrestling camp in Iowa. He waited until he was no longer jail bait before he shot nudes images like these. The top image and another different shot are in the book. Weber must have been lucky to be able to photograph images like this at a State Beach like San Onofre. It is a pretty active place. Maybe he was able to shoot at the South end of the beach, once you cross on to the Marine Base property, it is an unofficial nude beach.
