I had a t-shirt with this image, but across the center was “Read My Lips. “ it had something to do with “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” and was mocking Bush Sr.

That reminds me that it has been reported that Burt Ward, who played Robin in the 1960s television version of Batman, was so well endowed that special effort had to be made in order to at least reduce the size of his bulge. Do you have any knowledge of what was done in that particular situation?
