I can’t picture jungle boy as a heel as he’s too marketable to the kids it was kinda the same reason why Vince refused to turn John Cena heel because the kids love him. AEW would lose half of their younger audience if that happens.

I can imagine Jungleboy as a "Dominik Mysterio" kind of heel. Or like the “1-2-3 kid” after been buying it by ted dibiase in the 90s.

How ever, for being a Heel you’ve got to have really good mic skill which he yet to impress with. And Hook mic skill no where to be found. So - those two still have long way in the business.

But it always feel like when the face underdog turning Heel - he is an extremely week heel. Dont you think?

The underdog baby face usually has to become a "chicken shit heel" who will literally do anything and cheat wherever he can to get the win rather than relying on his "big heart", but a lot of younger wrestlers now don't seem to want to play that kind of heel.

I think AEW originally intended on Hook being a heel but the fans decided to cheer him and AEW decided to go with it. Hook isn't the only guy AEW has done this with. Sammy Guevara was getting cheers and they turned him face and the fans ended up rejecting it because of stuff with his personal life came to light and then they paired him with Tay Conti, the woman he left his ex-wife for. FTR is another example of the fans choosing to cheer them after they were separated from MJF.
