Did you know that some men dont have that part. They instead have a hole some where along the shaft. Some in the frenulum others at the base of the penis others anywhere in between. It is called hypospadia. A birth defect.

You got it the wrong way round. Smaller hole = higher velocity stream. I have a friend with a teeny tiny slit (8mm). Sounds like horse. Mine is 20mm; if I have a full bladder it’s more like a pouring sound than a jet.

Seconding this! It's about how fast the piss is going when it hits the surface. So tall guys will sound like a horse too.
