Nice! That's a good size. Ofc! Everybody has shrinkage in cold water or after exercising. But since we got a lot to take from we're still gonna be above average even at our smallest

Mine is usually close to 4" when soft... can vary with temps, etc.

Sometimes as small as 3.5 and sometimes over 4".

Literally same - I feel like my 7.75" x 5.5" erection has a variety of "phases" on its way there from either frigid cold (5 x 4.5") to tropical paradise (6.25" x 5). Any and all sizes/variations get the exact, same reaction though, as I'm sure you can agree
