Hey everyone, I've got a bit of a situation coming up in a few days where I need to take a sperm exam, nothing too serious, just a routine thing. But I want to make sure I'm well... prepared, if you know what I mean. 😅

I'm looking for any tips or advice on how to maximize my semen production and have a big, thick load ready for the doctors. I've heard a few things about edging, abstinence, and even certain foods that can help, but I'm not really sure what works best.

Has anyone here had to do something similar and have any insights to share? I'm open to any and all suggestions, as long as they're legal and not too crazy. I just want to make sure I give the docs plenty to work with, if you catch my drift.

Everyone will have a different method but this is what worked for me when I wanted a big load. I’d jerk off as much as I could for a week then stop cold turkey a few days before I wanted a big load. That seemed to kick semen and sperm production into high gear to fill the tank for the big day.
 
It might be a little late for it now, but taking pygeum supplements has helped me. One in the morning and evening, and I really see the result. I produce a lot more precum and when I actually shoot my load it seems a lot thicker and plentiful.

Yeah Pygeum made my cum way way thicker. It was sticky and hung to my hand palm down!
