Ive always found the idea of whether someone is cut or uncut, sooooo hot. I love guessing or finding out which one someone is. I don't really have a preference just like to know. But I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to tell if someone is cut or uncut without seeing their dick?

The only way to tell if someone is cut without asking or looking down their pants is if you can see a VPL through whatever pants/shorts/underwear they are wearing. Not seeing a VPL doesn't mean they are uncut, however.
You can take an educated guess based on where you live; for example, most men born in the U.S. are cut (though I believe the percentage is falling).

Yes, it's a religious or cultural thing, no chance of seeing that in the eyes or from the earlobes. ;-)
In North America, Africa, the Arab states and Southeast Asia and Australia the probability to be circumcised is rather high, otherwise rather low.

Well this question would be like determining whether a woman has a small clitoris or a larger one when they have their clothes on! I don't think that there is a way to determine if a man is cut or uncut with his clothes on short of asking him outright.
Ask maybe? I love cut personally. I HATE the anteater look.
