I was never diagnosed but I met all the criteria of hyperspermia when I was younger. My amount of ejaculate started to decline when I hit late 30s. I used to shoot at least 8 huge ropes during a jack off session. I had to hold my hand over the top of my dick or cum would be everywhere. I never measured the amount but it was an amount that would cover my chest area. It was also a very thin and watery consistency. There is another guy who is a member on here, can’t remember his name, that did shows on one of the websites who would put on glasses and in a seated position shoot over his head and blow massive loads. I think he lives in Minnesota if I remember correctly.

I’ve seen a few videos where guys cup their hands a couple of inches above their ejaculating penises and the jets of semen hit their hands repeatedly with tremendous force. No HGH but a second cocktail shot as well as an estrogen blocker. My testosterone was horribly low due to another pill they had me on for a blood pressure issue (long story with a misdiagnosis). Sounds like you just always had hyperspermia but your body never made enough testosterone?

Either way usually semen volume DROPS on TRT. Mine did as well as ball size. So whatever you are on, be happy lol. Wouldnt mind knowing exactly what you are on or were on before for misdiagnosis. I've been on TRT for about 6 months now but no change in semen volume
