I live in Michigan in the USA, and, am a member of a men's nudist club in the city, where I live. Here, nudity is something that is NOT appreciated. Our club meets once a week, almost always on a Friday evening in a vacant office in town.
We don't advertise our existence; new members are carefully selected, because we know that there may be an outcry to male nudity.
As a student many years ago in Chicago, IL, I was a member of a chapter of The Hung Jury, a social club for well endowed men. We met in the nude most of the time. We kept everything discreet too.
