In the Japanese message boards I visit once in a while, I never read of anyone requesting for illegal links and such.
Leaks are primary consumed by those outside of Japan who don't have means and access to get them the right way.. Even to those who are willing to pay, these Japanese studios are not making it easy for them (limited payment method, Japanese phone number authentication, no English sites).
