Anyway just remember that the primary market of these studios is Japan. They have much stricter rules over there (even in reselling of DVDs and give-aways such as signed photos and used underwear of models 笑). Plus, Japan is strong on oshi/idol culture. AV/GV models are as much as an idol as J-Pop ones and other celebrities. Fans will buy and spend money for their works. In the Japanese message boards I visit once in a while, I never read of anyone requesting for illegal links and such.
Leaks are primary consumed by those outside of Japan who don't have means and access to get them the right way.. Even to those who are willing to pay, these Japanese studios are not making it easy for them (limited payment method, Japanese phone number authentication, no English sites).
And another point, as highlighted by our Queen in the main thread, without these leaks we would not have discovered Itto
