Seems like a naturally hairless guy to me, don't see him having "thick chest hair" at all, but would love to be proven wrong

Just rewatched the part and he doesn't even lift his shirt up high enough to see his chest, he lifts it just barely above his belly button. Not sure where you're seeing "thick chest hair" but screenshots would be appreciated!
