I think the clothes they are given to wear are hideous. They look so ridiculous. Scared to see where these guys are in 10 years with no useful experience or skills.
They’ll still be making buckets of cash doing endorsement deals to millions online. But in terms of artistic impact/relevance don’t expect much if anything, same as their “impact” now tbh? Social media stars who are famous for being popular don’t generally have artistic crossover appeal due to a lack of actual performative talent. But it doesn’t mean they can’t curate views (or in rare cases successful independent businesses ie Kylie cosmetics,Prime energy) in the digital space. He’ll probably be doing tv hosting in Europe at the least. Soap opera level acting at the most.

Doubt it. In 3 years nobody will be following the elevator boys. But I'm happy to be proven wrong. Also they're not making buckets of cash, they are given free products/travel to pimp brands and show up at events. I know, I'm in that business.
I too work as a performer in entertainment, and CAA WME & A3 as well as a host of other top well established agencies did not all start social media divisions to get 10% of free travel & products. Not sure what business you work in (or how good you are at it) if you think someone with a reasonably recognizable face, over 11million tiktok followers and millions on insta Isn’t making multiple six figures annually, if not more. Not including the fact that he seems to do legit modeling for major brands on top of that. I know people with a couple hundred k that make at least 4 figures per post per platform, and post sponsored content a few times a week. Please be serious lmao free products/travel with millions upon millions of followers??? lmao now is the time for some quick mathematics ;-)
You may be right. I have no doubt the agencies are raking in money exploiting these guys. We'll have to wait and see where they end up. I hope they are getting good advice. I deal in the business of supply and demand and handsome boys with large social followings are not scarce.

The runway show for Hugo boss, interviewing Kendall Jenner for some online publication, Lacoste & polo Ralph Lauren ads etc because he’s an actual model. All that contracted on camera work & public appearances aren’t for free. He specifically is a model with a very large online following, & Models in 2024=online content creators with their recurring niche being clothing brands. He either has separate/better management for his modeling, or the boy’s team clearly knows he’s the potential breakout star. If he spoke clear English he’d be swimming in TV work, but only time will tell I suppose.
