yes I used referring to factoryI assume you are referring to factory work when you say "work in industry", right?
I wasn't referring to that, actually. The industry in "service industry" refers to any type of business area, so "service industry" is referring to any business that's not focused on manufacturing. For example hospitality, retailing, education, health care and such.

I totally agree with you that most models we usually see do not work in factories, although definitely there are a lot of Japanese working there, lol.
Bellatrix definitely uses magic
I think the nature of their "part-time" also has to be considered here, as working in AV is still judged by majority there as "bad" or "not good" or "dirty". Another issue would be part of it is a Japanese work culture for big companies where they are allowed to find a part time job but in actual you should NOT, because your main-job bosses would see you as ingrate or disloyal("Aren't we paying you enough?", "Your extra hours should be for improving your skills for our company") and will see you as a flight risk. Not to sound too harsh but as an American, WTF Japan. This kind of policy only benefits employers. People gotta do what they need to do to survive. I'm glad to hear it's changing.
Some of the JGV guys seem to only work part-time. For companies that hire part-time employees, do they care about employees finding other part-time work? Like a retail store?
Thank you for the insight. Makes more sense now that there is a contract involved. I am in Texas and none of my full time jobs have had a contract. There is an offer letter but this is not really binding. Companies can lay you off the day after they send you an offer letter (and you can quit anytime after signing the letter).i have no idea the details or why (since i have foreign citizenship), but across the east sea, double jobbing was prohibited in my FT employment contracts (i haven't bothered to read one in many years though, so maybe that's changed). i dunno if it's this way everywhere here, but i submit my government-issued tax claims to my employer, who then files my tax documents with the government. i figure were i to ever double job without seeking explicit permission, i'd have to be paid in cash.
with my previous employer where i didn't have a contract and was not FT, i did take on gig work with another above-board employer and got some disapproval when tax time came about.
Starring: 隆一 (Ryuichi)Hey guys, does anyone know where is that from? https://tinyurl.com/y3cwpav2
This was the best one in this series despite the lack of popularity. They seem to match well. Love how wet the bottom is and how clearly he was enjoying that dick. The top also pounds really good and so into it.https://md.gvdb.org/135651/

Do you happen to know the code for this?
idk how it is in japan. my "employment contract" is tantamount to an offer letter, signed by both parties, stipulating terms of employment or essentially company policies, including a potential prohibition against double-jobbing. it's more formal than an offer letter, and though it is a contract and a legal document, it's not like signing with a k-pop agency to be an idol, or even activating cell service. you can be sacked for cause, claim wrongful termination, leave of your own volition at any time.Thank you for the insight. i have no idea why the tax returns are filed through my employer, though quite honestly, i don't mind it.It's interesting to know that companies do the tax returns of employees. In the states, individuals are responsible for filing their own tax returns. Curious what you mean by "disapproval" from that second employer? They saw the other source of income when doing your taxes and encouraged you to quit the other job?

OMG, it ten times hotter when understand what they conversation. thanks a lotOk, so it turned out there was actually very little left to finish it, lol. My bad.
I originally started it in October when the whole fruity situation around this model was still lit up, as a peace offering. I don't think it's needed anymore, but I believe the video will still be appreciated, so here it is.
NGM22004, Extreme Interview of the one and only, Shoei.
(I keep my words about not finding him that handsome, but his personality did grow on me)

Btw, I don't think next video (regardless of when it is, lol) will be Itto's extreme interview. Probably going for something old to keep the mix.
