A feel bad. It had a strong audience in the beginning and you can tell he really loved the show and the cast and crew. He literally watched it every week and tweeted about it like he wasn’t there! Haha
Is gonna take some time for him to make that jump from Walker to X rated territory.

Not much time if he wants to jump in on S5. I think the subreddit had a post about them starting in late May/early June (production notices in the city). But if he's been talking to Kripke, maybe they've been planning for this.

I guess it's an easy-to-get job for him considering he knows the scenarist/writer, but I was more thinking of a brand-new project, something unrelated to his previously established connexions - a bit like what 'Walker' was.

Jensen did mention he had to film an audition tape. to convince the higher ups that he was a good choice. mainly because they had different actors in the running. But Kripke was always there, helping him with the tape to make sure it was perfect. So probably the same situation here.
