I think every big Supernatural star has shown up naked. Jensen. Alex. Rob. (Both Gods). JDM hasn't but it's still early in the season? Who knows.
Also. Kripke is known for pushing people out of their comfort zone. Laz doesn't like slimy stuff. Got cum exploded on him in that one episode. But also. The cast trusts him and the story so it's not an issue.
