I don't know what magic Jared is using behind the scenes, but he's able to land these deals lol. Maybe it's the height?? For some reason he's also all in with broadcast TV ass well. Jensen is branching out though.

The article mentions he has a first look contract with CBS. which I didn't even know about. I guess it was part of his CW contract with Walker.

Yes, CW is under CBS. So, he’s still milking that utter. Jensen could probably do that as well. But most every drama on broadcast TV nowadays is generic as hell. So, most actors who stick with it are just looking for a regular check.
Actually CW was sold to Nexstar. CBS and Warner still have a minor stake though. But it's all Nexstar now.
Got it. I think that was a good deal for Jensen. He can either go safe or take the mature route with potential movies or TV shows. Lots of options for him.
That's how he got his Soldier Boy spinoff and Countdown coming up. Supposedly with Countdown, they gave him a bunch of developing projects and allowed him to pick one.
At best. We might get him shirtless again. Not sure if CBS does underwear shots or anything.
CBS does mostly car commercials. That might be a bit more difficult with a hospital show, but I'm sure they'll figure it out. Maybe he starts every episode by driving to work.

Jensen has had the best career post Supernatural. He produced and directed shows, done voice work, and acting. Not to mention he’s gearing up to become the new face of The Boys Universe.
