Jared Padalecki

Yeah no matter how you split it, Jensen's stunt on Prime Video's The Boys will always overshadow playing a ranger on the CW and a doctor on CBS.

They've approached things differently, though. I think Jared wants to be **the** lead, he's pretty much built his post-SPN career with that in mind. That is not a bad thing per say, that ensures him that all the attention is on him. In my opinion, at his age and stage in his life, that is very smart. He's also trying to remain in Texas for his family, and that has impacted his choices. Jensen, on the other hand, I feel like has gravitated towards the projects themselves although they weren't built around or for him, but it's just roles he's been wanting to play. High risks but higher rewards too : see The Boys, the hype he's gotten for playing Soldier Boy, as well as nominations for it, etc.

There's a big difference between playing a characcter on Network TV like Jared and a character on streaming. One gets millions of viewers aond one gets critical plaudits. Both are valid. Jared sold out (which is fine) and Jensen wanted something more challenging

Yea both are fine. It ultimately depends on what fulfills you as an actor. Jared is content doing his role. Though Jensen’s risk paid off because Soldier Boy is the main character in the new Vought Rising show.

Jensen has had the best career post Supernatural. He produced and directed shows, done voice work, and acting. Not to mention he’s gearing up to become the new face of The Boys Universe. Jared is cute and he can act but he hasn’t shown the range as Jensen.
His range was shown on Supernatural. Jared was amazing as Lucifer and soulless Sam. He can play a villain, and he can play a hot villain. Jared is just as good as Jensen at acting.

That can be said for most of the Supernatural cast. They had 15 season so I’d hope some range would be shown lol. I still stand by Jensen being the better actor, at least recently. Not solely because of ability but because he takes more risk.

It’s kind of like the Sprouse twins.

It's not about risk. Jensen only didn't play Walker on the CW because he wasn't offered the role. It's about opportunity. He had an opportunity on The Boys, and it went to Amazon, and then he had an opportunity on Tracker, with his friend Justin Hartley, and it went to CBS, which is where Jared is now.

I know opportunity is a factor but he didn’t really want to star in anything else on the CW. He only served as a narrator and producer for the Winchester which Jared was mad about. His risk to go in to The Boys paid off because he’s going to be the lead of Vought Rising, giving lots of liberty to do what he wants. Plus it allows him to lead in a second show Countdown. Tracker was more of a one off. However, I like Jared and still look forward to what he is working on, I just want a little more.

That's not true. He never said that. He only left the CW because the CW changed and canceled all the original shows. These guys want steady work, and the CW was that, steady. Tracker wasn't a one off, he did three episodes and will come back for more episodes. I'll say it again: Jensen didn't play Walker because he wasn't offered the role.

It may be sooner than later, Jared is set to do a guest role on the final season of The Boys! And if it’s one thing that show does well is get guys nude!
He said he would get nudes as long as he has warning so he can train, DONT FUCK THIS UP KRIPKE 😂

Honestly, I would even put my hopes up for anything good from the boys. All nudes scene there were tasteless, with hideous prothesis, and even asses had the bad filter over it. Better than nothing, but I hope he get naked somewhere else, too, soon
