This will sound a bit weird but its nice seeing actual natural normal teeth in hollywood when everyones getting that scaryass whiteout looking veneers.

Not in the slightest. It's hard not to ship them.
The characters are clearly 18 abouts in the show itself (in the comics they were about 12) and the actors are in their mid twenties.

I think some of them mentions he's 16 but they "live" as ghosts for many decades. It's a tricky territory but technically they're as old as they have lived so far, which for Edwin should be over 100 years and Charles should be around 50

I've only started the show but that does check out. I hope we see the boys in the second season of The Sandman.

If we're lucky and Dead Boy Detectives gets a second season, it likely won't film until next year for a 2026 release.

George and Jayden were cast in late 2021 when this show was originally a Doom Patrol spin off for HBO Max at the time.
