he still interacted with fans up until at least a few years ago and still licenses all of his action figures and his dildo. he spoke really openly about it in at the latest 2020. he isn't hiding anything. plus he's always been atleast bisexual, he always has done straight movies aswell as gay.

Jeff was married to a woman but that ended a while ago. They had kids together and I think they're his main priority. There's a good interview with him on The Rialto Report website.
I don't think he personally even identified as even bi, but he'll never say his true preference to not alienate fans. He's very protective of his Jeff Stryker persona. You have to give him credit though, it was very enduring and very lucrative for him for quite some time.
I don't think he's ever discussed anything politics related, but I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't at least lean republican in some ways. He's a character for sure but doesn't seem to have the hatefulness in him like many modern-day republican's do.

A few years ago there was a vid on youtube, he was in a mansion in the hills outside of L.A. and there was a wildfire burning outside.
