You need to remember that a lot of these pornstars were suffering from addictions that made them desperate enough to make porn for a living. Majority of people who become clean and sober usually do that through a church or some type of spiritual thing.

And i would bet he was very traumatized from his porn career. He was a straight man who made tons of gay porn, because the gay porn industry pay men very well compared to women in straight porn.

It's because men make more money doing gay porn that doing regular straight porn. The woman is the star of the show and makes more money.

Gay porn focuses way more on attractive men. So men get paid more. And id bet you make even more money if you're a straight guy doing it.

Yeah, he's not against his past. He still makes money selling Jeff Stryker items on Ebay and is putting himself out there to an extent. People seem to be getting him confused with Ken Ryker, who is very religious and a pastor now. Jeff does come and go out of the spotlight as he needs to though. It can take ages for a documentary to come out unless you have some backers. It can be more costly and time consuming than you would think.
 
He "performed " in Provincetown the summer of 2007. The show was him telling his tale of his work. He was naked at the end. It wasn't that good, as one would expect but it gave the audience what they came for.
He was all over town those weeks. A very nice guy and quite gracious. I will say whoever did his makeup was awful. Granted he had aged but it was shoveled on.
