I would give up all my Constitutional rights if the government would pass a law that ALL guys have to wear BIKE jockstraps for all sports and then enforce it with officers who themselves wore BIKE jocks under their uniforms. The law should further state that there must be at least an 8-1 athlete/team cocksucker ratio in every locker room in the country.
