Yeah, they will probably introduce him as the coven's "familiar" to make the general audience think he's somebody else, and then reveal towards the end that he's the reincarnation of Wanda's son.

Despite these recent leaks, I would still be pretty surprised if they actually introduced Wiccan. But I admit that it's looking more and more like I might be wrong there.
Marvel would not have introduced a villain calling himself "HulkKing" in She-Hulk if they intended to introduce Hulking. They also would not have given Hulking's hair to Skaar.
They also just dont have the stones to introduce a consequentinal, on-screen relationship between two men.

Near confirmed that Wiccan is in the works. But more importantly Skaar's hair was nothing like hulkling?
All the YAs are getting introduced and Wiccan and Hulkling are core to the YAs so I think we definitely see both characters soon. I don't think Kit is gonna get the Hulkling role, but someone def will.
And it's likely that all the W/H relationship plot will be develop through various series on Disney+ where they don't need to bend over backwards to appease regional censorships.
It's not at all confirmed, not near or otherwise, it's fan wishes and rumors. I hope it's true but don't trust this corporation to have gay characters.
(Also Hulking's whole deal is completely impossible in the MCU now.)
The main homophobic regime that keeps gays out of Disney projects is senior management at Disney.
In second is the U.S. government.
Various international markets come distantly behind those.
I also think that we're getting Hulkling and Wiccan at some point, we've had a gay relationship in a Marvel movie before and anything with the Young Avengers would be as much an ensemble piece as Eternals was, so it's not like Wiccan and Hulkling's relationship would be the main focus of the story.
However, I do find it highly suspicious that of all the Young Avengers introduced so far, the only ones who have been introduced as children or very young teens are the queer ones (Billy, Tommy who is bi in the comics and America Chavez... I'm not counting Cassie Lang because she was introduced as a child years before the YA started forming in the MCU and was reintroduced as an older teen now that her teammates are showing up). Billy and America were already kind of queer coded, but it's a far cry from them having a same sex relationship on screen.
Anyway, I hope Joe is indeed playing Billy. He was not my first choice but he does fit the role. I only wish rabid Wiccan fangirls were not trashing his looks on Tumblr and Twitter only because they wanted someone else in the role or because Joe is not Jewish. It's so sad. After everything that happened with Kit, you'd hope they would behave better.

They would have to figure out the gender swap on Mar-Vell. But that's easy either by just swapping his mother and father or doing some multiverse situation. I have full faith a wiccan/hulkling situation is coming to the MCU. and I cannot wait.
