Never gonna happen. Marvel brands its own stars, it's not going to want some other property's branding or fanbase expectations to be part of their design.

Further, it would be a bad career move for both Kit and Joe to get typecast as a couple. This isn't the 1930s or 40s anymore in the old studio system where people did this over and over again. J-Law and Cooper did several movies together a decade ago, yes, but at least two were huge flops and they weren't always romantically paired. Even Tom Hanks and Julia Roberts don't do them together anymore.

And as Kit continues to build his global fan base and showcases his impressive acting range, there will always be other MCU roles for him in the years ahead, similar to young fellow Brit "superheroes" Will Poulter, Nicholas Hoult, Tom Holland etc...

I think typecasting of any kind is typically not good for a long term career. You shouldn't be pigeon holing yourself as the "_____ actor" if you want genuine success as a respected actor. And that goes for "couple ships" too.

I think that is fine for TV actors who don't care about mega stardom or growth. But I think Joe and Kit should aspire for better than that and they are both capable of more.
