I think HS ends after the next series, despite people's exclamations to the contrary.
I think the leads outgrew it very quickly.
I think for them, and Yaz, especially it won't be too soon. Kit has 2 films in the pipeline, Joe is going to have a career in the US without fail.
Bash and Yaz will do alright, Will has his band. I don't think any of the main cast will sign up for further seasons after the 3 season deal unless the money is very, very good.

Yeah it’s crazy to think that young queer hormonal cast stuck together for so long didn’t have bunch of hookups.
But let's not forget that from around April 2021 to Summer 2023, Joe and Sebastian were pretty exclusive. (Except to those who believe they were just really good friends, and Bash is just an ally, etc etc)

I think their point is that people as young as Joe and Kit can’t or shouldn’t hang out with someone so much older than themselves, which is bullshit lol god forbid a young queer actor find a mentor in the entertainment business. It doesn’t have to be a predatory relationship.
