Definitely needs some kind of regulation or rating system. Paying money for something that isn't as described and not being able to do anything about it, is whack af.

Joey selling content that isn't very good is one thing, but when the guy is selling duplicate content but with different titles....that's straight up misleading scumbag behaviour.

Hopefully people stop giving in.

False advertisement is illegal. If he is deliberately misleading and selling something that is not as advertised his account should be terminated. But he never explicitly states what you will be getting so it's a tricky one.
