That is actually the worst thing I've ever seen come from Onlyfans. If this is the level of content he is prepared to show he needs to stick to Instagram and Tiktok where little teeny boppers will lose their shit over it. Shameful.

No, it's literally a violation of site rules. And there's nothing wrong with letting them know that, so they're more cognizant of that in the future.
