Not directly answering to that, just using this as a entry point for my message:

This has been done by multiple creators already. I think OnlyFans should get active against such scammery. I am sure some of his sales texts (yes, private messages trying to sell your lewds are still legally advertisement) are actually at least worth considering as factual scam. Though most people, if not all, wouldn't bring this to court. OnlyFans knows, that people have a very high barrier of bringing sexual related things to court. Similar to victims of IRL sexual assault.

I would even go so far saying, that such scams are a modern digital version of sexual abuse. OnlyFans really should step in and end this shit once and for all. Just because their platform is semi-private doesn't mean that laws don't apply.

I am not sure how the US handles limits of advertisement/scam, but I can tell you that most of these Instagram influencers that went to OnlyFans use sales texts that would most likely be considered scam in most EU countries.
