He went too far with his body. The job of an actor is to be able to inhabit any character but his huge muscled out body isn’t anywhere near that of the average person (or even average fit and active person) so it’s likely he doesn’t look like he fits the description of the character they are casting in most things. The only genre he can do without it being a problem is action but he also doesn’t carry himself like most action stars do either. The only actors that can have that body type and have it not impede them being cast in non-action roles are A-listers or current “it” guys that recently did it for a role (see: any actor whose breakthrough role was as a superhero, maybe like a Simu Liu) and are “hot” (casting wise and with the public) right now.
I totally agree, your body can be your best assets but also it can be your weakness in this entertainment business, also we have to consider that many studios don't like to deal with bad PR (like what they're dealing with Ezra Miller) since they can lose too much money in box office sales and press, dealing with the bad reputation of the actor.
Let's imagine if the biggest studio (Disney, Marvel, etc.) hires Jordan to play an action hero (I think he would fit perfectly in a Teen Titans's rol playing the Beast Boy, Robin or the antagonist), the studio would have to hire a PR manager to handle the situation of his CB past because the movie will release and everyone is going to start noticing him more especially if the movie will go out like crazy aaand like a Britney's songs, everyone would start wanting a piece of him (especially with Marvel and DC movies, it always brings to the actors a massive and international fame). Now let's imagine if the audience of the movie is in between 14 yr/o to 18 yr/o, and many international gossip's news starts to find out about his past, that Jordan used to show his butt naked, jerk off or dance naked to a mature audience, that could be risky and crazy for the studio and may be crazy for him too (imagine how stressful that could be). Additionally, people also could be so cruel and might star leaking more content about him (like their private shows with him, more unseen material, etc.) damaging even more his image, so I think that is why he hasn't done any gigs lately, especially in filmography, because the studios are already aware about his situation and how difficult that could be to handle and also Jordan considering all those things rejecting gigs.
Also, not saying that it is impossible, just look what they've done with the career of Slvester Stallone after his "porn" past or Winona Ryder's accident, she is still in the biz, and the list goes on but one thing that history has taught us is that we learn from our mistakes, and I assume that several studios are learning from their lessons from the past, now more than ever with Ezra. So yeah, sadly that could be the case with Jordan and he has so much potential to become an A-lister actor.
