He moved away from Oceanside, to LA, at just 16 years old. Was homeless in his car at one point.

Oh yeah I remember him saying this. I've always lowkey wondered why would he be homeless since his family seems pretty well off, but if he's kicked out that makes sense.

I kinda hope he doesn’t “make a statement”… I’d love to see some normalization of “coming out”. Just a casual mention and then live your queer life—that’s kinda refreshing.

Apparently it isnt enough for some people. They must have it spelled out for them.

I can't wait for the day, this is a non issue, and no one needs to spell it out for anyone. I don't understand people who think it's their right to know who someone is into. It's none of your fucking business... even with celebrities. I hope he doesn't issue any kind of statement. People need to stick their entitlement up their hoo-ha and mind their own business.

it's still a bit cryptic, but i'm choosing to go with it being a confirmation.
i feel like if he wasn't queer he'd just say it. instead he talks about being shamed, being damned to hell, choosing love, and then putting the hearts in rainbow formation. to me at least that reads as confirming it.
like the posts above, i think if he grew up in a conservative household where being straight is the only option, he might still try to figure out what he identifies as. like, he knows he's not straight, but he still hasn't figured it out if he's gay, bi or pan
