Seriously dude!? PrEP is EXACTLY WHY they are able to seem so carefree, because they aren't worried about getting HIV anymore. it's not rocket science. Otherwise all we would be hearing about on Twitter is so and so gave me HIV. That's why PrEP and Undetectable are such a godsend not just for porn stars but regular guys like me. But think what you want,it's just not supported by facts and science.

Come on dude. PrEP still isn’t 100% first off. Let’s be clear, while your chances are far far far smaller almost negligible, it’s not 100%. And they know that and state that very clearly in how it’s marketed. It’s not a “full stop have as much unprotected sex as possible because you can never acquire it.” No physician is saying ok now that you’re taking this you’ll never ever catch HIV no matter what. Retroviruses are monsters and our understanding of how they replicate and mutate is limited compared to most other types of viruses. When we have a cure is the only end all. Second, HIV isn’t a death sentence anymore with therapeutics, but your life expectancy and end of life quality of life will be impacted. These statements also don’t take into account access/affordability/and in order to be fully protected you need to take PrEP daily no exceptions.
Am I making assumptions with Kegan Keller and co? Absolutely. Fully admit that. I think if you’re working for Helix Studios - and producing companies that clearly and transparently test their models constantly and maybe even provide PrEP to their models, then I think bareback group orgies are fine. HIV concern is minimal. But you’ll have to forgive me for having even just a little doubt that former-Amish, run away and come back, drama-manfucturing people like this popping up group content of their own on alt Twitters and onlyfans with new randos every week have robust PrEP regimens and regular testing done especially considering HIV may not even show up in blood work for several weeks to months after infection.
