It was super lucky that he was able to snap a close up photo of the attackers as well as have someone take a video of him being put into a headlock right on the sidewalk. What I find hilarious is that so many on here act like this isn't the same kind of drama in their own lives. Hell, I'll admit to it, when I was a young drunk my life on full display for all ro see would definitely been taken apart on this site. YIKES!

That’s a pretty huge, and pretty dangerous assumption. It’s far more likely that many, if not most, men who say they’re on PrEP are lying but go off.

I think if you’re working for Helix Studios - and producing companies that clearly and transparently test their models constantly and maybe even provide PrEP to their models, then I think bareback group orgies are fine. HIV concern is minimal. But you’ll have to forgive me for having even just a little doubt that former-Amish, run away and come back, drama-manfucturing people like this popping up group content of their own on alt Twitters and onlyfans with new randos every week have robust PrEP regimens and regular testing done especially considering HIV may not even show up in blood work for several weeks to months after infection.

Dude, find me a source to back up your claim. There have been zero proven cases of anyone getting HIV when properly taking PrEP daily. ZERO! Same with not being able to contract it from someone who is undetectable. When you have an organization like The Mayo Clinic even saying 99+% and talking about why not 100% because some aren't taking it everyday as prescribed, well that is essentially 100%.

And speaking to your other "concerns" it diesnt matter what you "think" be ause with as much drama as so many if these guys make, when is the last time you saw any drama about someone getting HIV from a fellow worker. You haven't be ause PrEP works and they are apparently taking it. AND the whole beauty of PrEP is that you only need to be taking it and it doesn't matter if any of your sex partners are or not because you are protected.

Summed up perfectly but if you’re speaking to someone who lives/or have lived roughly the exact same lifestyle I doubt it’ll get through.

What is "dangerous" about that assumption exactly? You only need to be on PrEP yourself to be protected. HIV is going down and there are no outbreaks in the gay porn world and with the drama any if them make, we certainly would have heard about it. And your insult is sad when I have fa to to stand behind, but you ignorant gays just want to sex shame period.

I’m not sex shaming anyone. I’m relaying to you that PrEP is an amazing breakthrough that helps to protect people that are at a higher risk of infection because they have sex with other men, but the developers, the CDC, many public health authorities indicate it is up to 99% effective for HIV through sex and only up to 74% effective for HIV introduced IV. As you’ve pointed out, such high protection requires diligence. You need to regularly have money to purchase the drug, take it daily, and be in a country that even has access to it. If you do that and protect yourself, fantastic. Other folks might not and having any misconceptions about what PrEP is and is not can encourage people to do riskier things that they should not. If there wasn’t still so much uncertainty about its efficacy, they’d be handing out PrEP to the gays like g*damn candy.

You’ve built your whole issue on supposedly fighting misinformation when, in fact, you, YOU are spreading lies by asserting that taking PrEP is a 100% fail-safe HIV prevention tool despite again the scientific community saying it is not 100%. That’s like saying you can’t die from COVID because you’ve been vaccinated. Just wrong man. Just like condoms, any protection is better than none, but until there is a scientifically researched and proven HIV vaccine that has been shown to prevent infection and/or a total cure to the virus, society should be encouraging safe practices regardless of PrEP status. Just because you feel safe and haven’t been infected doesn’t mean everyone else or anyone else can’t be infected.

In either case, I am glad there haven’t been any reported infections officially. Doesn’t mean they haven’t or won’t happen. A lot of men, and even guys who are HIV+, do not care about spreading things to others. I just don’t genuinely believe that a vast majority of guys take PrEP. So I take precautions all the time and regardless of how many people someone is having sex with, they should too.
