Dear Lord, I want him to break me in countless pieces!
I recall talking to him on facebook ages ago and he has always been so so nice to us fans!
I asked him if he would give me a hug the day that I ever meet him, and he replied "of course! :)"
I.LOVE.HIM.

what happened to his career
Same thing that happened to most of the other Twilight actors (i.e. Taylor Lautner). They tried to make them into bigger stars but they couldn't carry movies/shows so weren't bankable. Now they get C/D level roles.

what happened to his career
Hollywood gave him many opportunities, but they all failed/flopped. So he can never say he didn't get a chance to succeed. He even got the big Hercules role which was supposed to be his moment.

So he went the TV route with FBI, but he quit that show due to not wanting to live in NY and be closer to his AZ family. This is fine, but working with Dick Wolf and the NBC team is a good alternative route if you don't make it in the movie business. Good pay and could reopen a path to bigger stuff down the road. He was likely a little snobby about it though and felt that it was below him coming from starring in high profile box office movies. He's a movie actor and so many don't like shooting TV unless it's 8 or 12 episodes with big pay, so I get it. So he's filming B movies now.

It was nothing to do with 'being snobby' or wanting a bigger payday.
He's explained clearly what his reasoning for leaving the TV show is, and it's literally the OPPOSITE of snobby

Dude of course he is going to say that as PR lol. Why wouldn't he? He doesn't want to be blacklisted and wants to keep things professional. And by the way did I not mention that family was the reason? Read before making a comment.

With that said. I do have friends in the industry. Most movie actors find transitioning to TV or back to very difficult. And yes, they can come off as snobby about it. Why wouldn't they? Shooting only 3 months for movie and then going to a TV schedule? No thanks. So it's either a limited series or 8 episode shows with a big payday. I knew Kellan wouldn't last long on that show.

at 39 years young hes probably too old at this point. he may even be 40 by the time filming starts. hear me out, i know harrison ford just made indy 5 but thats a 40 year old franchise. producers are gonna want some hot young fresh face for this franchise
I agree. I would be very surprised if they consider Kellan for the role. I would be happy for him if they did though. He's been campaigning for years. But they will likely want to go younger and hopefully get a franchise started.
