He's good looking, fit, charming, can definitely act, and will only be growing further his already considerable younger global audience appeal over the next few years with Heartstopper!S2 filming begins in September > He won't be getting a tan for filming purposes because as Kit and Joe have already said, similar to any lead actor in a series, daily filming typically involves scenes from multiple episodes and not just one specific episode. And series episodes are also rarely filmed in absolute chronological, sequential order > so having a tan vs just using tan makeup doesn't work with this production reality which is definitely not unique to Heartstopper!

All I said was Kit is in a different league. He has a good team around him and cares about his image and how he presents himself. There is a difference b/w doing fine and being smart about your career. The other cast are amateurs and don’t have the resume Kit has.
They've all pretty much just started out, whereas Kit has been doing this since he was a little kid. Your comparison serves no purpose, and your factually bereft assertions about his castmembers is more than a little distasteful.
Plenty of people are already saying he'd be picture perfect for Teddy Altman aka Hulkling. That being said I would say that Marvel should absolutely not be doing their casting based on what people on Twitter and Tumblr say, so there's that.

That’s probably right. I was surprised at how little recognition Connor Jessup received in the coverage of London Pride. I know the focus was on the Heartstopper cast but it was just weird to see Connor in pictures without any acknowledgement of him. The guy is the star of Locke and Key and was in a high profile relationship with Miles Heizer just a year ago.
