I think as with any cast always the main ones get the fame and while Kit has more years in the business as has Sebastian, Joe has handled his new found fame very well and with wonderful humility as has Yaz and Will so I'm happy for them all!!!! And their fame will obviously grow more in the coming years I mean it's two more seasons and obviously Netflix is going to bring out a fourth it's just a matter of waiting.

It's completely normal for a new kid in the entertainment market to be overwhelmed by fame, glitz and red carpets but Joe in every interview looks grateful for what he has achieved and it shows.
As for Kit, it is more than evident that he is a professional interviewer and he looks like an old soul in a young man's body which makes his answers more accurate and cleaner.

Didn't he say in his interviews that he's doing auditions? Or maybe he's looking to be repped by a local agency. Or he may already have one and sorting through some possible roles and networking.

Also, It feels so weird that I'm lusting for him, but at the same time I don't like him being photographed liked that. He will probably have a lot of weird invasive encounters in LA like that, sitting in a public place and someone sneaking a snap of his crotch, and he's just learning that's how it is.
I hope he's careful there because that town is full of nasty disgusting "agents" and whatno who just want to take advantage of a young beauty like him.

More likely meeting with reps of the major talent agencies, perhaps as an invited guest as a hot young actor they're trying to court. I highly doubt this trip is on Kit's own dime! Perhaps an audition, but I would think more networking and meeting friends and fellow colleagues + having a fun Hollywood vacation too!

Working in the entertainment biz he hasn’t been picked up by any talent agency in LA. I would say it could be a combination of both - business and pleasure. I just hope the LA social climbers don’t get to him. They can be piranhas and from what I’ve seen online his a good/kind guy.

That’s probably right. I was surprised at how little recognition Connor Jessup received in the coverage of London Pride. I know the focus was on the Heartstopper cast but it was just weird to see Connor in pictures without any acknowledgement of him. The guy is the star of Locke and Key and was in a high profile relationship with Miles Heizer just a year ago.

Connor Jessop has also hung out this past Spring in NYC with Sebastian and Joe > Am I the only one who thinks it's a bit weird > gay OR straight male friendships > for 28y/o Connor to be hanging out with 20y/o Sebastian and 18y/o Joe and Kit? NOT just at London Pride, but on a more frequent basis as well...

He hasn't been picked up > yet! IMO > he's a hotter commodity right now than Michael Cimino was when signed by CAA in 2020, especially since Kit's resume is much deeper and his global fanbase will only continue to grow over the next upcoming two seasons of Heartstopper! Kit is holding alot of attractive cards and younger audience popularity right now for the major Hollywood talent agencies!

Plus they're all a part of the lgbtq+ community which probably narrows their group further. Family and friends are where you find it, especially in gay culture. I don't think there is anything predatory with Connor, and I assume he, Joe and Bash are just platonic friends. That being said, would I mind it if it turned out they were a naked FWB fuckpile with the other two lads getting an education according to Connor Jessup? Nope.

It's not unusual for younger queer men to have older gay mentors or guides. (loose use of the word older here but you get what I mean)

So no I don't find it odd. They're all young actors and that's already a very insular community so finding friends where you can is a good thing I think.

No. Its not weird. I turned 30 this year and my closest friends are 21 to 25. 28yrs old is still young and it wouldn't matter the age. If your friends with someone it doesn't matter the age when everyone involved is an adult.

They just look like any young friend group.

I don't see the problem, honestly, as long as it involves consenting adults who like to hang out because they found X thing they have in common and enjoy being with each other, what's to it? If it is not coerced, arranged or in any other way forced, then good for them!

I used to be in an amateur sports team where I live, the youngest was 20, the older 45. We all hung out, went out for beers, movies, etc., not because we were in a team, but we really enjoyed hanging out with each other, it was fun (nothing sexual or romantic, just fun)
