Ha ha...yes, that's true, there is an element that kept on dragging in that series end of the world, maybe it's the general feel and theme of the drama, I feel like, it's just so heavy and it's dragging...but acting wise, I mean they're great actors...maybe the apocalypse story line is the issue lol

I have a feeling that the Koreans will make a better version than the Thai one. I feel like the Thai Why R U has a weird editing, but I can understand, 'cause they were filming in the middle of the pandemic, if I can remember clearly they had a lot of production delays and problems.
Tbh, I'm excited because of the nostalgic feeling. The original Thai series itself wasn't exactly my cup of tea. Aside from the weird editing, it was also that era when international viewers had to wait a day or two for official subtitles.. and the English sub was kinda broken, lol. The actors, except for Saint, were kinda new, their acting were not great (even Saint was just okay-ish). But Saint was like super cute and I was biased, lol, and the amount of BLs presented were limited in numbers, so we just watched what we had

totally agree..you are so right, i just remembered something, i think the scene between jimmy and i forgot his partner in that series, anyway, i think their scenes was not launched although the clip was on the music video, i think it was launched as a separate series, not totally sure. with saint, i think there's the nostalgia of love by chance, probably that's why there's not much chemistry...but to me, it seems like they hurried the production process just for the sake of launching it. Ah, I apologize. There have actually been many Korean BL stuffs ever since the inactivity of this thread, lol. But I was (and still am) busy with work myself that I barely have time to watch any BL series in these past 2 months (and even though I do have time for LPSG, I'd be more focused & active on the Japanese gay adult thread).
