I haven't seen their BL yet (the director who buys me dinner) but people are sayin' that it was a cute BL
I've watched the first two episodes and I totally agree with you, they're both really handsome. The story is also interesting as well as the pacing, it's quick and doesn't linger on unnecessary story lines. As for the first one, I'm not really sure which episode it was, somebody just sent me the link. It's not a full BL though, the BL aspect are just side characters. But I have to watch the series to understand it better. These days...I'm so into Oh My Assistant...ooh do you have any more info on this? like what episode this happens?
omg these two are the best looking actors I've seen in a BL yet, plus their acting is much better. I couldn't continue many K-BLs because the acting was too cringe.
I'll check out Oh My Assistant!I've watched the first two episodes and I totally agree with you, they're both really handsome. Wow! i'm really excited for this!Upcoming Korean BL titled "Individual Circumstances". Starring Jun.Q (rapper, singer & actor) and Han Jung Wan (Mister International Korea 2021 & model).
It tells a love story between a writer and a movie director. Coming soon January 19, 2023.
Not sure if this is a place to talk about this (the thread title is Korean BL Stars, so I guess it's fine), but Kim Ji Woong, the main actor who played in BL dramas "Kissable Lips" and "Roommates of Poongduck 304", is currently participating in an idol survival competition reality show called "Boys Planet" (to be aired on February 2023).
Here's his profile in said show (although this pic doesn't do him justice):

And here's a link to his video cam performing the show's main theme-song:
For those not familiar with the show, "Boys Planet" is the 2nd season of Kpop idol competition reality show from the "Planet" franchise, created by Mnet (a famous Korean music channel/company), where 99 idol trainees from different agencies or individuals, from South Korea & many other global countries, compete in securing the final top spots to debut in a temporary idol group that would usually last for 3 - 5 years. Viewers would have the chance to vote for their favorite contestants, so if you want to support Kim Ji Woong, you may have the opportunity later when it aired.
If you are familiar with "Produce 101" franchise, well, it's because this is basically the same but under a different name (the original "Produce 101" franchise director and team got caught for rigging the result and are now in jail). Surprisingly many "Produce 101" alumnis have starred in BL series. Kim Ji Woong's BL partner in both "Kissable Lips" and "Roommates of Poongduck 324" was Yoon Seo Bin, also a former contestant in "Produce x 101" (the 4th season of "Produce 101" franchise), although he was cut early on & forced to quit due to a past bullying scandal.
Well, that caught on quicker than I thought . Being highlighted as a center in a survival show has its ups and downs. Some other interesting drama from Boys Planet, the centre for Global Trainees is suspected to be gay. Hope him and JiWoong both make it into debut.
Wow thanks for this info, i didn't know that Yoon Seo Bin came from Produce 101, this is an interesting topic...thanks for bringing it up!Not sure if this is a place to talk about this (the thread title is Korean BL Stars, so I guess it's fine), but Kim Ji Woong, the main actor who played in BL dramas "Kissable Lips" and "Roommates of Poongduck 304", is currently participating in an idol survival competition reality show called "Boys Planet" (to be aired on February 2023).

I'm loving thissss!!
I wonder if Nam Yoon Sung career can still recover, it seems...that it will be a really tough comeback unless he has a really good role because that situation will haunt him...You're welcome .
Among other Produce 101 alumnis who played BL (that I'm aware of) include:
- Han Gi Chan from Produce x 101 (Where Your Eyes Linger; Ocean Likes Me).
- Han Se Jin (or Lee Se Jin when he was in the show) from Produce x 101 (Mr. Heart; Nobleman Ryu's Wedding).
- Lee Sae On from Produce 101 Season 2 (Light on Me).
- Nam Yoon Sung from Produce 101 Season 2 also almost played a main role in Oh! My Assistant, but right after the filming is complete, he threathened his ex-girlfriend to get back together, with a knife.. long story short he's currently in probation, and the whole studio replaced him, reshot everything with a lower budget. In the end, the whole series, even though eventually released, was.. a mess.
I've just watched Roommates of Poongduck 304, and I gotta say he and Seobin have such a cute chemistry.
