There were 6 women in front of me when I got in line, so I thought it'd be popping, but it was pretty dead (probably because of mother's day), there was a max of maybe 5 guys in there at one time. Two pools, a hot plunge and a cold plunge. I don't recall seeing the temps but the cold plunge I'd say is more room temp than really being cold. Steam room is small and can fit maybe 5 guys and the steam is hot. Co-ed has three/four rooms: a room that's room temp, a clay ball room (hot), salt room (medium-hot) and then a sleeping room with recliners.

ispa in irvine, ca is great but you can't really play there without interruptions. the staff are always watching now. it's still an amazing spot to look at hot naked guys (all ages) and maybe if you're lucky get a phone #. if you are in that area and are looking for onsite action then Pioneer Spa in Norwalk, CA is a better pick.
