they were supposed to debut with 17 members but 4 of them had left before they debuted, the most well-known out of the 4 is samuel kim who left because he was too young to debut (back then). fortunately they found some workaround to explain why theyre called seventeen when theres only 13 members lol

It is bad but ZB1 is no worse than B1A4, TO1, AB6IX, GOT7, ST9, UP10ION … etc etc. K-pop thrives on silly ass stupid ass names.

Tbh I rather call it baseone or base1 rather than zero base one, it's so hard to read. And I think TO1 is not a bad name, it's still better than TOO.
