im just over 8 and it fits perfectly but because it is soft it can stretch to fit most diks i expect ..

There are various factors that are important with estim. The most important is to use lube that is made specifically for estim. The next important is what type of contacts you use - pads, electroconductive rubber, e.g. Next is the capability of the estim unit. At a minimum you want one where you can adust the pulse and frequency rate. Some units are better than others. The cheaper units are TENS boxes. The advantage with those are they are inexpensive. TENS does not put out a nice smooth waveform so they are more sharp in intensity. Estim requires lots of experimentation. If you feel ANY pain, stop and modify the settings you are using.
