No doubt that cut is better looking. It has a smooth continuous look. The folding or over hanging skin doesn't appeal to me.
I did not have a choice as I was cut at birth as were most boys when I was born in Australia.I do wish that I could have a working foreskin for a day to see what it is like but that is not going to happen so I will just have to make the most of what I have.
I do really like "playing" with another man's foreskin so all cocks are good but one with a foreskin is just a bit better to me.

I find both pleasing to look at for different reasons. And when it comes to sex….. the look of the dick is the least relevant part of the equation. So. I would say I don’t have a preference. .
Uncut, though of course there are some ugly ass uncut cocks. But I think in general the look of a natural penis is more aesthetic. Most circumcision scars are kind of revolting to me. I don't understand why anyone would prefer the look of a mangled cock.

Hard to say. Cut cocks always look good when soft. They usually have bigger heads to look at which as we know are the most important part of dicks which but when they get hard technically nothing more happens apart from getting hard. Uncut cocks may be ugly when soft ( wrinkly overhang) but if foreskin is short and pulls back itself when hard showing smooth shiny head that's the most beautiful view. So I think on average cut cocks usually present better but the most perfect ones are uncut.
Masturbating by holding your cock at the base and shaking it to allow the foreskin to slide back and forth over the glans is an experience not to be missed. Unfortunatly those circumcised guys will never experience this.
