Downtown YMCA in Los Angeles has sauna, jacuzzi and steam room in the segregated areas.

Showers are communal with the option for 3/4 stalls in the 2 shower rooms in the Men's locker room. Cool place

The Somerville YMCA in Somerville, MA has a small shower room with six shower heads (three on each wall). You have to walk down a hallway, and then down a full flight of stairs before reaching the shower area after leaving the lockers. Tonight, the door to the men's locker room was propped, so as you walked to or from the showers in your towel, anyone passing could see you.

West Side is a favorite of mine - open showers, sauna and steam in the locker room so you can go naked. I usually wear my jockstrap in the sauna and sit on my towel. There's usually quite a few guys who seem to appreciate seeing a guy walking around in his jock. I was thinking about checking out Vanderbilt though - I hear there's a good crowd there too.
