I tried it. Definitely not worth 25 - 50 bucks per clip in my opinion. I mean, really? There's plenty of free stuff out there.

Yes, except then you get spammed with messages asking who they are, and even if you don't say anything people eventually find out and start talking about it...
I don't think it's just one person. I think it's a combination of a lot of things.
Some people have bad interactions with streamers, or they get angry when they don't show stuff when they demand it and report them. (Even when they're streaming on youtube)
A streamer or a big fan of a streamer might think it's a competition and end up going reporting everyone else, I think streamers that stream with making money in mind are more likely to be guilty of this.
When someone gets a ban/strike, they or their fans might think that another streamer did it and decide to start reporting other streamers in retaliation.
They also might just think "why did I get punished when others are showing worse" and start reporting people out of pettiness.
TL/DR: I think that people that are greedy and think with their dicks are too report happy and it's not just one big bad streamer trying to ruin it for everyone...
I would suggest that we move this topic to a message group, a message group is private and will not be crawled. There's a possibility to allow message group members to invite others. I would say this is the best approach. This forum is public. So, even though no one reports it will crawled by google and indexed. Thus making it a source of "report" and "flag" points. Since we're in this era it's pretty easy to get referral if analytics is loaded. Which most of the websites do have enabled.
