Not loads of options but a few! Porchester spa, the Finnish Church's sauna, New Dockland bath and Banya all offer nude friendly sessions on men only times/days. Only other nudist place which is mixed is Naked Hands spa, quite small and a bit dated though. Rio's is really a swingers venue, but totally nude if you're into that.
Otherwise trying to find other nudists for a chilled hang - speaking of which, North London here!

Snaresbrook/Hollow Ponds is secluded, not very obvious to find on a first visit, don’t think I’ve ever been there and seen someone stumble on the nude spot by accident
