It just seems like an odd choice to seek out work where you're naked and performing sexually, pretty much the most exposed one can be, physically, if you have dysmorphia so crippling that you won't show your face or body without significantly editing the images every single time. I'm sure it's paying well, but it just seems exhausting and probably not good for one's mental health in the long run.
