If something is really successful, a person is supposed to feel satisfied rather than anger.
If something is "reported successful", it can be that it is a report written to avoid certain things such as keep paying for the post-surgery treatments and care etc.

Hmm that also bodes the question: where was he leaving and did he not have enough money to pay what was obviously a very expensive bill? I wonder what Luigi’s answer will be when prosecutors eventually ask him.

It's been said multiple times that he had surgery and it helped. Perhaps the cost of said surgery and recovery was more than insurance was willing to pay.

Those mean nothing. The lawyer could easily get ten protesters outside the court and they would show you similar result. It would have been easier for you to just admit that you have nothing to say about this case. lol

There are a lot of old white woman who do that though. The very reason why we have the word Karen in today's urban dictionary. They always do it especially towards people they feel weren't white enough. Google Emmett Till or the most recent, that old white lady who accused black bird watcher at central park for threatening her life if you still haven't been convinced enough.

I speculate that it's not just about money, but right now he denied the charges so I wonder if we will even hear the answers

The big upturned nostrils suggests that it's probably him. Perhaps there's a bit of photoshop in play, because Luigi's eyes are quite asymmetrical.
