We have a long we to go before there is any trial (either Federal or State) but all he needs is one juror to vote to acquit and therefore a hung jury. The health insurance industry is already being tried in the court of pubic opinion, which is going to impact his trials.

What I’m saying is that they’re essentially the same, except that the “insurrection” would never have been successful and that it was the result of people whose protest got out of hand.
