An early indication from his lawyer's remarks yesterday, is that they may claim "illegal search and seizure", and try to exclude some of the evidence that was obtained at his arrest in Altoona. That would be huge because that includes the gun, his written admission in his so called "manifesto", and the fake ID that places him in New York.
I find it interesting that there is no indication that his parents have attended his court hearings. While I haven't seen an update lately, the media reported at one time that his parents had not visited him in jail.
My hole is ready for him to unload in it.

i get the sense him and his parents are not super close, they waited quite a while (a month i believe?) to report him missing when he stopped responding to friends’ messages and dropped off the planet.
since he’s so obsessed with increasing the birthrates, someone should help him by pumping their hot seed into his hole via full mating press. im sure he’d appreciate it

His mom reported him missing in November 2024 to San Francisco police where she thought he was living. Stated she hadn't heard from him since July 2024. It's been reported that when he was arrested, his mom was quoted as saying to police, that "it sounds like something he would do".
Can you remind me what precipitated his "disappearance"?

It's unknown at this time. There has been no indication (even hypothetical speculation) of where he was for about 4 or 5 months. Social media shows that he was in Asia the first part of 2024, then silence.
The only report I recall is Luigi apparently had a rented apartment in Hawaii, and a neighbor said they thought they saw him in approximately August.
